Whereas the best AP News client is actually NPR’s app, and neither the Wall Street Journal nor New York Times apps have distinguish themselves, Reuters has turned in a much better effort.

A new poll shows that Apple’s iPad, which does pretty much anything a normal computer does, plus the iBooks app bests Amazon’s Kindle in a head-to-head comparison. The margin of victory, per se, wasn’t huge, but I expect that to change as more people find themselves curling up with a good iBook.
